Salute to a Sublime Summer
and Save the Date...
Sending out much love and appreciation to Hollie Schulze of Relic Napa for pulling out all the stops and pouring simply the most spectacular lineup of wines ever proffered at a Bistro dinner to date. We were both concerned that so many requests for seats were not fulfilled...and it bothers me greatly to ever have to decline any accommodation at our/your restaurant.
So...I prodded and cajoled Hollie into doing something special for all of you who care to partake: in spite of the fact that there is a two year wait to get on the Relic mailing list and in spite of the fact that all of their wines are allocated (and in this case, one from library) ~~ Hollie has graciously agreed to extend the Bistro 45/Relic relationship to all of you until July 31st!!
