Bisque Soup: classic and creamy bisque served hot with a touch of Hungarian paprika; Rockefeller Oysters (4 to share): sautéed spinach, bacon and fennel liquor topped with a hollandaise sauce. Second Course (choice of one): House Green Salad with baby carrots and tomato vinaigrette or Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad with classic dressing, garlic crouton pecorino shavings. Main Course (choice of one): Mesquite-grilled Halibut with kernel corn and vegetable succotash tarragon beurre blanc sauce or Bacon-wrapped Filet with carrot puree, roasted red beets and green peppercorn steak sauce. Dessert (choice of one): Chocolate Dipped Strawberries or Red Wine Poached Pear with Vanilla Ice Cream and Churro Bits
