Many of you will remember Wes Hagan: savant, bon vivant and winemaker extraordinaire at the now sold Clos Pepe Winery in the Santa Rita Hills.  Well, Wes has found a new hallowed home to further hone his craft ~~~J. Wilkes Winery in the Santa Maria Valley.  Lush, balanced, veritable veracity and what Wes simply calls "the cut" ~~these are all amazing attributes of his J. Wilkes wines.

Please join us at both Alma and Bistro 45 as Wes Hagen winds his way back to us for two tremendous dinners on August 22 (Bistro 45) and 23 (Alma) at 6:30 PM.  Seven wines including one surprise!

"Every Tuesday Alma brings you specialty priced tequila flights and carefully curated cocktails featuring, a small batch tequila with a focus on sustainable and organic practices. We currently are featuring Dulce Vida tequila for our Tequila Tuesday. Dulce Vida is a small batch, sustainable organic tequila from the highlands of Jalisco. We are also featuring a tequila basil mojito made with Dulce Vida tequila. Come drink tequila with us, and explore all of our cocktails at Alma.
