Chamber, City team up to present Business and Economic Summit lunch at University Club October 24th
The City of Pasadena and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce invite leaders of business and industry in Pasadena discuss our local economy, their industries and the future of business in Pasadena at the third Pasadena Business and Economic Summit on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, from 11:30am to 1:30pm at The University Club at 175 North Oakland Avenue in Pasadena. Free valet parking is included along with lunch and the informative program.
Cost to attend the second Pasadena Business and Economic Summit is $50 and includes the program, lunch and parking. A corporate table of eight, which includes signage and recognition on the program, costs $400.
The City of Pasadena and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce join forces to present the discussion of the economic health and the future of business in Pasadena.The Pasadena Business and Economic Summit is generously underwritten by the City of Pasadena. Wells Fargo also sponsors the 2017 Business and Economic Summit.
Pasadena Mayor Terry Tornek will welcome guests.
The Pasadena Business and Economic Summit will include a brief update on development activity in Pasadena by Economic Development Manager Eric Duyshart.
A panel discussion will be moderated by Karl Bird, Acquisitions Department Manager at Jet Propulsion
Laboratory. Featured panelists include Phil Hettema, President and Creative Executive of experiential design firm The Hettema Group, Don Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of mobile app developer My Jurny and Michael Shanklin, Chief Executive Officer of Kidspace Children's Museum. Panelists will provide insights into their companies and talk about changing expectations of consumers across a range of industries.
